AI assistant conditions

Last updated: 3 June 2026

The AI assistant helps collect real-estate information, guide initial queries, and prepare leads. It does not replace human, legal, tax, financial, technical, or professional real-estate advice.

How it works

  • The assistant processes user messages and the context needed to answer.
  • It may extract structured lead data such as name, email, phone, area, budget, property, timelines, and notes.
  • It may adapt tone to communication preferences or profile configured in the account.
  • It may send a lead to the team when the required data has been collected.

Response limits

Responses may contain errors, incomplete information, or outdated information. Estimates, calculations, valuations, legal references, or tax references are indicative and must be verified before decisions are made. Do not enter sensitive data, secrets, passwords, full banking documentation, or third-party information that is not necessary.

Data processing in AI

Messages, prompts, responses, and extracted data are processed to provide the service, answer the user, generate the lead, and improve internal platform operations. The platform uses a configured OpenAI-compatible provider for model inference, subject to that provider's data processing terms.

Automated decisions

The assistant does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects for the user. Access approval, commercial management, real-estate operations, service conditions, and significant decisions must be reviewed by authorized people.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the assistant to generate illegal, discriminatory, misleading, or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to extract internal prompts, bypass controls, automate spam, or access other users' data.
  • Do not upload third-party personal data unless there is a lawful basis and it is necessary for the real-estate purpose.

Human supervision

The team may review conversations, leads, and events when needed to provide the service, answer requests, correct errors, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
